Work Wear Staple: Navy Anything

If it isn’t already, Navy should be your new work neutral.  This Fall, I’ve been rocking this hue in my work wardrobe like nobody’s business, and you better believe I’ll continue it into the cold Winter months as well.

So, what piece do I rock the most you ask? Navy pants.  With a casual office like mine, I usually opt for a nice pair of trousers when I want to amp things up a bit and channel my inner Olivia Pope.

Here’s one outfit I paired together and wore recently, opting for both comfort and style:

Needless to say from the look above, but I looove a great pop of color with any outfit, and this “Fireball Red” shirt pairs great with my Navy pants, Gray Peacoat, and Leopard-print heels.

Now for one more look I created with my Navy pants (again, opting for comfort and style):

Remember those Tan/Cognac flats??  Plus, who can go wrong with a Rose-hued top? Navy is where it’s at for pairing so many vibrant colors!

However, if you’re reading this post and thinking, trousers are really not my thing, here’s some Other Navy Inspirations for you (all of these are on my wish list šŸ˜‰):

Now go forth and conquer your work wardrobe with a Navy piece or two!
